This residence has a full width front verandah supported by classical columns. It has two box bays in the front and a box bay towards the back of the right side. It has a hipped, bellcast roof and a front facing dormer with miniature columns.

This five room house was built at a cost of $2,000. The building permit was issued on 15 April 1913 to the owner, W. D. Taylor, a house carpenter.
